World Trade Center

This movie was not what I thought it would be at all. I thought that it would be a cliche heroic movie, Nicolas Cage being the savior to save the victims trapped in the debris of the building. However, it was not. In fact, Nicolas Cage was actually the man trapped in the wreckage, which made this movie more dramatic than normal disaster film.
The most emotional part was the wives of these officer who were worried about their husbands' safety. They didn't know whether their husbands were alive or not. Despite their anxiety, they kept doing their daily thing and did not let the catastrophe affect their children. The conflict in their mind must be very hard for them to hide. I almost cried when I saw they hold back their tears in their eyes and smile at their children. It was really heartbreaking.
